ALL Neutral venues –Top 2 to semi-finals and 3rd to 6th to quarter finals. Quarter Final 1: 3rd v 6th, Quarter Final 2: 4th v 5th. Semi Finals 1st v Winner Quarter Final 1, 2nd v Winner Quarter Final 2.
