It was a busy day for our U16s girls yesterday with Semi-Final ties in both Division 1 and Division 8

First up were out D8 team (pictured below) who hosted local rivals Kilcullen in Sarsfields. The girls battled fantastically well to come from behind with the help of a late goal from Kate Dillon to win 1-11 to 3-3.  They now face Maynooth(2) in the final on 31st October.

Our D1 team where then away to Maynooth. The game was abandoned after an accidental clash that left a player from both teams needing prolonged medical treatment. Best wishes for a speedy recovery to both players. The game will now be rescheduled.
