Sarsfields Gaa would like to express our deepest sympathies to Billy's wife Marie and all the McDonnell family on the recent passing of Billy.

'The Red Lad' as he was fondly known in Sarsfields, will be greatly missed by all in the club. His dedication to, love of and hard work for Sarsfields, just like him, will be irreplaceable.

Billy will be massively missed driving his tractor around the grounds. He was a stalwart of Sarsfields and his passing will leave a big gap in the hearts  of all of us who had the privilege of knowing him.
